Midwifery and nursing practise and the matters of law in primary health care

Primary health cares included diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation which are serviced all together in the first stage for person and environment, encouragement of health and effective and widespread delivery health servicing which people easily achieve.Primary health cares offer in Turkey by family health center, community health center, 112 emergency health care stations, and integrated district state hospital. Midwife and nurses participates in these organizations run many services such as improving and protective health services, maternal and child health services, reproductive health services, maternal and infant monitoring, vaccination, prophylaxis for infectious diseases, and newborn screening program.We aimed to evaluate the legal problems which midway and nurses are faced during doing duty and responsibility and solutions of the problems in this study Key Words: Primary Health Cares, Midwifery, Nursing, Matters of Law
