Abstract (EN)
World War I has very important impact on the world changes. World system and power has been change after World War I. New world system was established after impacts of war on world policy and intellectual properties. Common security has been focused issue via establishing common power council on leader of USA. Collaboration of different countries for peace, changes of domestic policies, and transparency were highlighted very important.
