Abstract (EN)
Boron ore; is considered as an element having semiconductivity between metal and nonmetal and known to have more than 230 minerals. Bor has a great relevance to oxygen. In our bodies, after a certain age as a result of the proliferation of free radicals, the collagen layer of the skin is destroyed and the aging process begins.In the skin, oxidative stress due to the formation of free radical product is one of the main causes of aging. In order to protect the skin against oxidative stress, cosmetics and skin care products containing antioxidants. Antioxidants in plants have the effect of delaying the onset of this process. Phenolic compounds having antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiviral and antibacterial properties have been determined to have many positive effects on human health. In this context, when we look at the literature, although in the World and Turkey studies on antioxidant and anticancer compounds containing boron, there are few studies investigating the activities of phenolic compounds of plant origin and compounds of boron. Many cosmetic chemicals are taken into the body through the skin and show different effects on the organism. The substances/materials used in cosmetics affect the cellular events in the skin and by stimulating the regeneration, repair and control mechanisms of the cells and aim to make the skin look healthier and younger. When active materials/substances from different sources are used in suitable combinations , new and effective dermocosmetic products can be obtained. The fact that we are trying to obtain new creams from new boronic ester compounds with high plant antioxidant and anticancer activity and also in the future the potential for commercialization makes the study unique. In this study, phenolic herbal compounds (quercetin and catechin), which have high antioxidant properties, should be modified with various boronic acids and synthesized. 1H, 13C NMR, LC-MS-IT-TOF, UV-Vis, FTIR. Antioxidant effects of the obtained boronic ester compounds of plant origin, antioxidant activities of DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS cation radical scavenging activity and copper reduction capacity by CUPRAC method, anticholinesterase activities by acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase methods, cytotoxic effects healthy, breast and colon cancer cells will be determined by MTT method as well as tyrosinase and urease enzyme activities. A high level of antioxidant and cytotoxic effects, low toxic effect of QB1 compound containing nano silver particles was cream. The microbiological and dermatological tests of the cream on 12 volunteers were performed by "Cosming Laboratuvar Bilgi Yönetim Eğitim Danışmanlık San. Tic. Ltd. Şti." The test result was confirmed to be dermatologically and microbiologically suitable.
