Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to determine the effects of methionine on feed consumption, feed efficiency, live weight gain, carcass yield, abdominal fat amount, liver, leg, breast meat, small bowel, intestine, proventriculus, stomach and spleen in quails. 24% crude protein and 2900 kcal ME / kg feed were used in the study. A total 165 quails from mixed sex (Coturnix coturnix japonica) 5 different treatment and planned to be composed of each treatment 3 replicates as 11 in each repetition is reserved for each treatment 33 consisting of 5 animals feeding groups. For 35 days, the animals in group 1 (control) were compared with the baseline ration and in addition to the baseline ration in the other groups (2,3,4,5); 0.10%, 0.15%, 0.20%, 0.25% methionine supplemented feeds. 1-35 days during quail feed consumption and body weight weekly earnings, end of attempt carcass, abdominal fat, liver, thigh, breast meat, small intestine, large intestine, save, proventikulus, gizzard and spleen weights were determined. At the end of the experiment, liver, leg and breast meat were taken and dry matter and crude oil were analyzed. In this study; feed consumption, fat intake, feed utilization, abdominal fat, liver and fat ratio, buttock weight, breast fat and fat ratio, and methionine levels in the small intestine, large intestine, proventriculus, Carcass yield, leg oil ratio is affected by the amount of the added methionine meals is to save weight (P> 0.05). There were differences in live weight gain between the beginning and the end of the experiment (P <0.05). Consequently, quail rations to increase methionine in body weight but that provide similar results to the control group containing 0.05% methionine and on the other parameters have also been found to induce differences.
