Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between nationality diversity on company performance in the board of directors of companies whose stocks are traded here on Borsa Istanbul between 2012-2017. Accordingly, the study utilized the tables, graphics and applied statistical analysis in the literature. The result of the current study that there is no a significant relationship between the ratio of nationality diversity in the board of directors and the company performance.
