Özet (EN)
ABSTRACTIn this study, 53.040 broiler hens (Ross 308) were immunized with Gumboro(drinking water) vaccine (Vineland) in 8 and 16 day age. Antibody titers weredetermined by ELISA 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 36, 43 and 50 day. Antibody titers forchickens were found 2636, 484, 212, 295, 1106, 4214, 3261 and 4397, respectively. As the infection was observed in the broiler farm between 17 and 40 days, the antibody titres obtained from the samples were low between 22 and 29 days.Although the antibody titres were found to be low, an immunological defense wasobserved.Key Words: Infectious Bursal Disease, Broiler, Vaccine, ELISA
