The aim of this study is to evaluate use of monolithic zirconia ceramics in different occlusal thicknesses (1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm) in implant fixed prosthetic restorations applied in bruxism patients with implants with diameter and number of variables and stresses in implant and surrounding tissues under vertical and oblique forces. In this study, a total of 4 titanium (Zimmer Biomet MTX Surface Tapered Screw-Vent Implant) implants of 3.7 mm, 4.1 mm, 4.7 mm and 6.0 mm in diameter were used. Three models were obtained by applying implants to the region between the 2nd premolar and the 2nd molar teeth of the mandibular model obtained from the tomographic records. The main model of Group 1 was created by implantation of 3.7 mm diameter implant in the premolar region and 4.7 mm diameter implant in the second molar region. The model of Group 2 was created by implanting 3.7 mm diameter implant in the premolar region, 4.7 mm diameter implant in the first molar region, and 4.7 mm diameter implant in the second molar region. The model of Group 3 was created created by implanting 4.1 mm diameter implant in the second premolar region and 6.0 mm diameter implant in the second molar region. The models formed were divided into 3 subgroups with occlusal thicknesses of 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm, forming a total of 9 groups. Stress distribution and stress values of implant, abutment, screw, implant-supported fixed prosthesis and bone in all models under vertical and oblique forces were investigated by finite elemental stress analysis method. As a result of our study, it was obsorved that increasing the diameter, number and occlusal thickness of the implant-supported fixed monolithic zirconia prosthesis in patients with bruxism was an effective factor in reducing the stresses on implants and components and supporting bone tissue.
