Özet (EN)
This thesis consists of five main chapters. In the first chapter, a general literature information about the importance and historical background of the thesis subject is given. In the second part, the concept of fuzzy set, the basic concepts of fuzzy sets, some measures of distance and similarity, that are required for the study, are given. In the third chapter, Sobel, Prewitt, Laplacian, Canny and Robert Cross filters are explained in Matlab program, then these filters are applied using fuzzy logic. Additionally, similarity ratios obtained using Hamming, Euclidean and Minkowski distance measures for edge detection filters are given. In the fourth chapter, the information presented in the study is evaluated. In the fifth section, which is the last chapter, the sources in the literatüre that we use during our study are listed.
