A study on myxomycetes of the Bursa / Karacabey stud farm and environment

In the studies on myxomycetes in Bursa/Karacabey Stud Farm and its environs; Samples were collected from the tree species found in TIGEM Karacabey Stud Farm land where human damage was minimal and from wood debris materials or decaying stems, branches and leaves. At the same time, samples of tree debris and decaying materials such as leaves, branches and stems were taken from the tree species which are more suitable for human destruction in Bursa / Karacabey environment and the presence of possible corticolous myxomycetes were investigated in the laboratory and the results were revealed. In the study, 10 of the samples 75 subjected to the moisture chamber method were found to have myxomycetes. Permanent preparations were made after these samples and 6 species belonging to 7 genera were diagnosed and identified. 4 of these identified species are new records for Bursa
