Taxonomic and ecological investigations on lichens grow at coastal and lakeshore at Bursa (Türkiye) province

In this study, lichen samples were collected from various substrates on 0-5 m, 10 m, 20 m and 30 m from the sea at the localities on the coastline of Bursa (Altıntaş, Eğerce, Gemlik, Karacaali, Kumla, Kurşunlu, Mudanya, Narlı, Tirilye). In addition, lichens on various substrates were sampled from the north, south, east and west directions of İznik and Uluabat Lakes at similar distances from the shore. Between 29.09.2019 and 04.11.2021, 277 lichen samples were collected from 72 localities and it was determined that the identified samples were 107 lichen taxa under 52 genera belonging to Ascomycota. It was determined that of the id 1 entified taxa were new records for Turkey and 24 were new records for Bursa. Species that ise new record for Turkey; Pyrenocollema elegans R. Sant. (1992). Roux 2008, Kuettlingeria teicholyta (Ach.) Trevis. 1857, Lecania atrynoides M. Knowles 1913, Lecania turicensis (Hepp) Müll. Arg. 1862, Lecidea sarcogynoides Körb. 1855, Leprocaulon microscopicum (Vill.) Gams ex D. Hawksw. 1974, Placolecis opaca (Dufour) Hafellner 1984, Polyozosia agardhiana (Ach.) S.Y.
