Abstract (EN)

In the country's economy today is experiencing fluctuations in source election. These Fluctiations in Political economy literature is called political cyclical fluctuations (cycles). This concept in the literature, the ruling politicians to maximize their vote and be eligible for re-election, before election the increasing prosperity through on the voters his own economic interests in accordance with redirects, so means to be maniple. Important indicators of the economy will be negatively affected while they are Maniple.In this study, from 1973 to 2008 occurred between the years of budget deficits in the general and local elections, whether political cause cyclical movements with the ARDL model will be tested .In our study examines the concept of budget deficits before and then we'll discuss the political theory of cyclical movements.
