In this study a system was designed to register, admit and distribute students of vocational high schools in Iraq in the technical institutes of the Southern Technical University (STU) of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education, which contains five technical colleges in addition to five technical institutes distributed over three cities (Basra, Dhi Qar, Maysan) designed the system in (PHP) and (CSS) language and queries in the language (MySQL) and designed a database for the system using cloud storage techniques via the (PHPMyAdmin) interface, which was booked from the specialized companies, the system was from three sites and the first site was designed specifically for the flow of Student data, the second site was for the system administration for processing and sorting data, and the third site was reviewing the results of the accepted students. The student registration process went through four stages and the first phase was the flow of data through the data flow site and stored in the designed cloud database. The next step was processing and sorting the data of accepted and unaccepted students. The third was data analysis using big data techniques to analyze the data and distribute them to the institutes of the university according to the conditions The system developed by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and the fourth step is to announce the results of students through the results announcement site designed for students. The system has been tried on approximately (1500) students so that the results of the accepted and unaccepted students appeared and the mechanism for their distribution and comparison with the previous method as we explained in the fourth chapter of this study, as the results obtained showed that they had reached the desired goal through this study.
