Abstract (EN)
The main objective of this study is to research the relationship between the levels of effort-reward imbalance and the organizational justice perception. Effort-reward imbalance levels and sub-dimensions of organizational justice were also analyzed. The research consists of four sections in total. In the first section, effort-reward concept and effort-reward imbalance model are explained. In the second section, organizational justice, its sub-dimensions and theories are explained. In the third section, the researches regarding the concepts are examined and summarized. In the fourth section, all data obtained within the scope of the research are analyzed and interpreted.
