Özet (EN)
The aim of our study is to pursue the Socratic character with deconstruction. Traditional Socrates reading becomes the object of questioning. In this respect, the claim of our thesis is both a quest and an effort. This effort leads to a demand for reinterpreting Socrates. In our first chapter, we try to understand the philosophy of Derrida. Derrida's philosophy gives us the deconstruction. The deconstruction forces us to go beyond the traditional reading. Compared to traditional reading, the deconstruction is an uprising. While trying to understand the deconstruction, we follow the traces of différance. These traces are embodied in our justice-themed text. Then we switch to Socrates part which is the second part of our thesis. By beginning with the text of "The Apology", we perform close reading of Socrates. Then, the things that we don't actually know about Socrates are discussed with the help of the things that we know. We maintain a distance between Plato and Socrates and follow the path for Socrates. With current debates, it becomes clear how slippery the Socratic character floor is. In the last instance, our thesis claims that the traditional Socrates reading can be reinterpreted with the deconstruction.
