Abstract (EN)
During this period of rapid digital transformation, expectations and needs of individuals change rapidly. Rapidly changing customer expectations for businesses also apply to employees. Employees are an important factor in achieving the strategic goals and objectives of the enterprises. The main purpose of this study is to test the factors that explain employee satisfaction in the cargo company with the structural equation model. The model used in the study was prepared considering the literature review and employee-specific dynamics for employee satisfaction. Structural Equation Model was applied to test the model. Study of a cargo company that provides services throughout Turkey with employees who work in the field Bursa survey was conducted through face-to-face method. The model was analyzed with AMOS package program and the hypothesis for the model was analyzed. According to the results, it was determined that the factors such as manager, leadership, motivation, resource, working environment and company mission explained employee satisfaction at 5% significance level.
