Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between organizational commitment, trust in the organization and sense of place in working adults. In accordance with this purpose, the relationship of variables with each other, the relationship between socio-demographic variables and the predictive relationships between variables were investigated. The population of the research is adult individuals over the age of 19-70. The application was carried out with 318 adults working in the province of Istanbul. Relational screening method was used in the research. The first part of the data collection tool consists of demographic questions consisting of questions about the participants' gender, age, marital status, education level, number of siblings, monthly income, parental education, place of residence, number of friends and residence. The second part consists of 3 scales (Organizational trust, Perception of living place and Organizational commitment scales). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21, which includes descriptive and inferential statistics. According to the results of the study, a low-level, significant and positive relationship between organizational trust and the perception of living place; A moderate, significant and positive relationship was found between organizational trust and organizational commitment, and a low, significant and positive relationship was found between the perception of living place and organizational commitment. It was found that the participants' perception of the place where they live and their organizational commitment have an effect on organizational trust.
