Abstract (EN)

In recent years, with the impact of globalization and technological developments and organizational structure of the change management and organizational processes is also reflected. Organization more effective, productive, successful and to achieve competitive advantage, employee motivation and performance depends on. In this context, job satisfaction and organizational commitment as the driving force emerges. The purpose of this study, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees to determine their level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction is to determine the variables that affect . As a result of the findings of the health workers at the same time, organizational commitment and job satisfaction among nurses is intended to raise the level . Nurses working in Alanya State Hospital, demographic variables, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were examined. Research at the demographic characteristics, 'Allen and Meyer Organizational Commitment Scale ' and 'Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale ' is used. Nurses working in Alanya State Hospital, demographic variables, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were investigated . As a result, the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment , job satisfaction and organizational commitment has been found to be the defining aspect. Important determinant of wages of direction, organization, management, demographic characteristics, long-term work in the same organization , it can be said that organizational culture and climate .
