Abstract (EN)

In recent years, motivation and factors that affect motivation have gain importance in health care sector. Concept of motivation can be defined as a desire to accomplish any work. In light of this definition it is important to ask which factors lead workers to regularly come to work for every day. In this study, definition, importance, variations and theories of motivation is examined in great detail. Additionally, this study is mainly investigated economic, psychosocial, administrative and organizational factors which affected health care workers' motivation. In order to examine health care workers' motivation levels, 119 surveys were administrated to workers' of Oral and Dental Health Center of Denizli. The results of the study showed that health care workers' age, income and working experiences influenced their motivational levels and no relationships found between.
