Factors effecting employees motivation: an application in the social facilities of European Side of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipalty

Companies and managers always want to get the maximum yield from the employees. To get maximum yield from the employees we must keep up their motivation in all time. To keep up employee?s motivation we should eliminate their needs ,listen their expectations and provide the working conditions whatever they want.The purpose of this study finding factor effects employee?s motivation which one is working according the demographics type and organizate the activity according to these factors. In this direction firstly completed theoritical descriptions with making literature scanning. And then application of the study is made. This part applied on the istanbul metropolitan municipality european social facilities?s personal.Analyzing the result of the research, motivation, and motivation sub-dimensions of the scale of the five factors (management, business insurance, corporate, psycho-social, salary) were found to be a statistically significant relationship.
