People always felt obliged to cooperate each other to meet their needs, to achieve their goals. The organizations arise from the needs of human and they have the function to fulfil them. Man as a social being, cooperates with other members of the society and strives for attainment of the objectives which are beyond his individual power. Cooperation is the main bearer of social life. The fact that we are in an era of fast development of information and technology is forcing society and organizations to change. For this reason, organizations have to adapt themselves to ongoing changing conditions. These changes in the organizations are facilitating the solution of the current problems of today's organizations but simultaneously they are producing new difficulties. Whether it is production increase, adaptation to a new technology or a new method of working, the main problem in the changing management is the resistance of employees to accept the changes. For this reason, managers need to have sufficient knowledge and experience about the success of organizational change.This study has been prepared in order to determine the organizational climate, the level of attitude to organizational change process by the employees and the relationship between organizational climate and change. In the application part, the opinions of the employees in Sakarya province were tried to be obtain.
