Evaluation of cyberbullying and work stress situations of employees

In this study, the cyberbullying experiences, effects and methods of struggle of the employees who are exposed to cyberbullying in the workplace where they work are examined, as well as the effects of workplace cyberbullying on work stress. The study group of the study was formed with 22 people who continued their working life in Yalova, Bursa and İstanbul. It was taken into consideration that employees continue to operate in different occupational groups and sectors. Diversity has been tried to be provided in order to identify the problems related to cyberbullying and to determine the variables in different occupational groups. In order to determine the criteria in the study, the questions prepared by the researcher were used in face-to-face and online meetings. In this study, which was conducted to investigate workplace cyberbullying and its effect on work stress, when the interviews with people were examined; Although they work in different professions and sectors, it has been determined that the vast majority of them are frequently exposed to cyberbullying, that they define cyberbullying in the same way in general, that their effects on working life are similar and that it is an important problem that causes them to experience work stress.
