Muhacir workers in the context of work ethic

We summarize the system in which today's societies live under the name of capitalism. Capitalism points to us as a reflection of a system that has an impact on countries and can no longer be changed by today's societies. However, in the early years of capitalism, which is referred to before and after the Industrial Revolution, we observe that this system has gradually imposed on existing societies. The process of imposition is naturally brought into the process of fundamentalist change in the functional sense of the working cycle, which is revealed by a new work ethic morality. The work ethic and its sustainable adoption result from the strong foundation of the new social order as well as capitalism. The work ethic and capitalism which has a strong foundation, also enter into rivalry with socialism, a system that will try to destroy it later. As a result, a work ethic morality emerges that will exist within both systems. This morality imposes a number of features of both competing thinking systems, together with its own internal features, to its citizens in the working life. When the Turks who emigrated from Bulgaria to Turkey (also known as muhacir) came to Turkey with the socialist system tradition they experience in Bulgaria, they exhibit a number of behaviors with different traditions as compared with indigenous people living with capitalism. An important example of these behavior patterns is observed in working life.
