Abstract (EN)

In this study,globalization, technological developments in terms of knowledge,the wide spread of areas and increase communication opportunities with a more comfortable life that becomes the influence of factors such as work; depends on the human factor should manage that with the success of the organization in an effective way. No matter which area of all institutions and organizations, the business efforts of employees whose main goal is focused towards achieving a common goal. Theoretical discussions on the concept of motivation is available in sizes from a theoretical discussion of the scope for moving from one side to the other side of the motivation process. This point is important in the socio-economic, psychosocial and organizational expansions, the process can be completed with the motivation and scope of the hospital staff on the content of the question. Therefore the impact on staff motivation and hospitals, it is possible to reveal precisely the research phase. This study aims to improve the fit between hospital managers and employees.
