Abstract (EN)
In this study, the properties of the accent spoken in Çankırı and its region are determined in terms of phonetic and morphological guides. The facts of this accent that differ from the standard language are identified.The study consists of ?Introduction?, ?The Language Research (Investigation)?, ?Texts?, ?Conclusion? and ?Dictionary? sections. The information related to the historical and the ethnical structure of Çankırı and the phonetic and the morphological guides of Çankırı and its region determined by using texts adapted to the writing by compiling are given in Section ?Introduction? and Section ?The Language Research?, respectively. In Section ?Texts?, 129 texts having major source characteristics for the study are adapted to the writing by using translation-writing signs. A general evaluation about the properties of the accent spoken in Çankırı and its region is given in the Conclusion. The dictionary related to the accent is composed for the Section ?Dictionary?.According to the results obtained for the study, the accent of Çankırı and its region is divided into two accent regions because of its dissimilarities in phonetic and morphological guides.Some properties that are generally observed in the region come forward as the characteristics of the accent of Çankırı and its region. These highlights include the following: The major long vowels in the region continue to hold their assets; the minor long vowels occured by contraction and consonant falling are also very abundant; the ?closed e? is used as a well-kept in the region; the unvoiced ¢ and ¤ being constricted in the region and the semi phonetics back vowels ó and ú are the characteristic voices; the ñ voice protects its existence in the words and suffixes in the region; the occlusive larynx consonants > and & are heard only by taking the point of articulation of % and ? to the larynx in the region; especially in the words having phonetic consonant y, the palatal harmony is disturbed towards the palatalisation; the suffixes of old Turkey Turkish used already with the rounded vowel continue to hold their assets and cause often disturbing in the labial harmony; the voicing and the spirantisation are appeared grammatically in the region; the assimilations -nl- > -nn- and -rl- > -ll- from the consonant assimilation are observed intensely; the instrumental case is the suffixes of +ınan, +inen, +unan, +ünen and +nan, +nen emerged from the pleonasm and the regressive assimilation; the general suffix used in the present continuous tense is the suffix -yo ; the fusion of syllables is observed in the conjugation of first single and plural person and second single and plural person in the future tense; the suffixes -n, -ın, -in, -un, -ün are used in the first single persons conjugations.
