The notion for presentment of check

Check is a commercial deed arranged in Turkish Commercial Code and in 3167 numbered Law of Arrangement of Payment with Checks and the Protection of the Check Law the responsibility of the banks was increased, also the collection of the data and informing the banks was given to the Central Bank of Republic of Türkiye.As from the view the users and banks, the widening of the use of check did positively support the economy of the country.İn this study `The Notion For Presentment Of Check? topic is evaluated on the frame Turkish Commercial Code and in 3167 numbered Law of Arrangement of Payment with Checks and the Protection of the Check Law decisions.The topic is studied under three main parts:İn the first part, `General Meaning of Check?, in the seconde part `Presentment of Check? and in third part `The Consequences and Predications of Presentment and Duration of Checks? were studied.
