Abstract (EN)
This thesis emphasise on life and political activities of Genghis Khan, who known as a genius leader and mentioned as world conquerer in world history. Also I tried to examine the characteristics, effects and economic basis of Turkish-Mogol Empire. Genghis Khan, who had rised to historical scene in 13. Century, clamped all Turkish-Mongol components together and originated a great empire from a small clan on the Turkish cultural heritage. With domineering residental lands of Turks, this great empire passed into the history as Turkish-Mongol Empire. Ghengis Khan didn't indigenised neither Chiristianity nor Islamic precepts, he only had the Sky God Belief (Tengrism-Tengrianism). However his devotion to God, superior inteligence, leadership skills and conditions of the age carried him to success. The Empire built by Genghis Khan continued under different names in different geographies: The Golden Horde in Eastern Europe, The Ilkhanate in Iran, The Chagatai Khanate in Central Asia and Kublai Khanate in China. The Mongols, whose first mentor was Uighurs, impressed by Turkish culture considerably (deeply), so they couldn't stood up against superior Turkish culture and afterwards they came under the domination of Islam by Turkicization.
