Abstract (EN)
Biofilm is an organisation formed by bacteria which lived together and communicated each other. Bacteria of biofilm is more resistant to environmental condition then plantonic bacteria. Biofilms can adhere to organic and inorganic surfaces. Organic tissues, medical implants, pipes of industrial or drinking water systems or natural water systems are into these systems. Biofilms in exterior substance can be formed by Gram positive bacterias or Gram negative bacterias or yeasts. İsolated bacterias include Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis from Gram positives; Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa from Gram negatives, Candida species from fungi. Biofilms have formed one spescies or many species depend on using substance and duration in the patient.In our study, researched formationof biofilm and slime factor in 10 Pseudomonas, 20 Klebsiella, 55 Staphylococcus and 15 Candida isolated clinical samples. In this research, used crystal violet and safranine.Biofilm study that used crystal violet, after 24 hours, biofilm formation was determined in 7 Pseudomonas, 8 Klebsiella, 52 Staphylococcus and 12 Candida. After 48 hours, biofilm formation was determined in 6 Pseudomonas, 7 Klebsiella, 42 Staphylococcus and 12 Candida.Biofilm study that used srafranine, after 24 hours, biofilm formation was determined in 10 Pseudomonas, 7 Klebsiella, 17 Staphylococcus and 12 Candida. After 48 hours, biofilm formation was determined in 8 Pseudomonas, 16 Klebsiella, 39 Staphylococcus and 11 Candida.Study of slime factor formation was in used Standart Glass Tube Method and Kongo Red Agar method. In the both of two methods, there wasn?t determinate slime factor formation in Pseudomonas isolates. There was determinate slime factor all of Klebsiella isolates, 33 of 55 Staphylococcus and 12 of 15 Candida isolates.As a result, there was high level biofilm formation in different microorganisms isolated different clinical samples, slime factor formation was changed with respect microorganism genus.
