Today people require the knowledge, skills acquired through special training along with adequate communication skills to be successful both in social and professional business life. Having good communication skills which is defined as "emotional intelligence" expresses also the ability to know and understand himself and the person opposite to him. The individuals who understand himself and the others, naturally will be able to communicate more comfortably and healthy when compared with other individuals. Of health care provided to the participants to be more effective and useful to identify patients' emotional intelligence and communication skills, according to the results of health care workers in order to develop new attitudes and behavior patterns, this study was conducted. Measured participants' emotional intelligence levels appear to be higher, even though the success of stress management, stress tolerance and impulse control were found to have failed to. Stress management in size to a very difficult situation to overcome, despite a high rate of belief, based on high levels of stress coping with distressing events success rate is much lower . Which led to the low rate of patients; of people who participated in the survey commitment to spiritual values , thoughts and feelings of fatalism or to reflect the actual response should be in place to respond was concluded to be derived from the idea . With the level of emotional intelligence, self-knowledge and expression, ability to adapt to change, the direct correlation between interpersonal relationships ; in other words , a high level of emotional intelligence, communication skills of the individuals was found to be too high . Participants with low levels of education and income of the highest life expectancy, although the conditions in which they were found to be satisfied.
