Abstract (EN)

The study at which the factors of , % 50 N, % 100 N, % 50 P + % 50 N , % 50 P deficiencies and nitrit addition were treated to Chlorella vulgaris (Chlorophyceae) with the aim of to determine the effects of the defficient nutrient and different nitrogen source on lipid content and protein was carried out in laboratory conditions. Protein and lipid values of the last day were found as % 50.794 , % 13.287 for control group, % 20.339, % 17.497 for % 50 N(-),% 13.013, % 35.599 % 100 N(-),% 21.373, % 20.518 for % 50 P(-) + % 50 N(-),% 21.373, % 20.518 for % 50 P(-) and % 38.158, % 16.727 for the group nitrit added. The highest lipid content was recorded with the culture to which treated % 100 N(-) with 0,18 g L-1 dry-weight and 9,252 mg L-1 chlorophyll a content.
