Abstract (EN)
It includes examining the effects of psychological resilience and mental training on perceived performance in adolescent players who play basketball as a serious leisure time activity. Adolescent players who play basketball as a serious leisure activity are asked psychological resilience scale, mental training inventory and demographic survey questions. Mental training suggestions are made to basketball players and after a certain process is completed, the effect of mental training on perceived performance is examined.
