Özet (EN)

This study is done in three stages. In the first stage, ISO 14001 in an industrial enterprise operating in the cement sector. In the second stage, it has been determined how the organization has an impact on the energy consumption and usage emission in the ISO 14001 management system. Finally, the organization's contribution to energy gain and climate change has been demonstrated with the objectives obtained as a result of ISO 14001 implementation. A team and a plan were created in the ISO 14001 installation and work, and this work was planned. At the beginning of the WHR project, which is calculated to reduce 6811.87 tons of CO2 by adding energy consumption and other emissions and combustion uses in the ISO 14001 management system and is planned to be 9.9 MWh under the installed electricity generation at the facility. In addition to CO2 savings, natural resources are provided to be efficient when fossil fuel gain is achieved. It is therefore demonstrated in the cement industry that energy can be saved to a large extent by the recovery of pre-heater and heat and waste materials from the coolant. It will be determined that improving energy efficiency reduces the CO2 emission utilizing electricity and fuel consumption. With the established management system, it has not begun to create a proactive environmental culture within the facility.
