Abstract (EN)
This study examines China?s economic and social change processes since the end of 1978. China?s amazing economic dynamism has called attention to the factors behind the success all over the world. The main focus in this study is on reform and openning policy?s impacts on main sectors and the economy as a whole, but the effects of the integration process on working class is also taken into consideration. The integration process, which can be named as China?s reintegration with capitalist world economy, covers the period of the midst of 19th century at which China started to join world economy since the historical context and historical continutity are viewed as a methodological must. China?s politically and economically strategic role in the East Asia region also enriches this historical analysis during the period under concern.Several indicators which supports the well-known idea about China?s return to her ex-power and position before 19th century are used in order to complete the big picture. At the same time, a conclusion is reached that Great Dragon?s awakening has some kind of side effects, thanks to country not only capitalist world-economy?s, that helps the dominant ideology- namely neoliberalism- to prolong forever. Currently, China provides services to global capitalism as strategic reserve, mobilizing country?s human and material resources to satisfy the needs of capitalist capital accumulation process.Recently, Republic of China???(PRC) has proceeding in the opposite direction of her founder cadre?s dreams. Mao?s aspiration to make an end of capitalism?s ascendancy not only in China but also over the earth, has not claimed by the Party. Today?s China Communist Party??(CCP) has a profile that has undertaking the integration programme gradually but decisively and has acting as a guide to develope the capitalist relations of production. The so-called expectations about China?s promising score with capitalist accumulation regime which has been in structural crises and has also been in conflict with ecosystem has becoming more and more ?utopian".
