Evaluating past, present and future of people's Republic of China?s power elements in its own available structure

According to a speech attributed to Napoleon ?There is a sleeping giant, China. Don?t wake the giant, because that development could one day shake the world?, As these words once suggested hundreds of years ago; People's Republic of China has started to rise again, using it?s historical, cultural and socio-economic potentials. China?s economical development ?in spite of the stagnant world economy has been considered as the waking up of the sleeping giant, grinding of the dragons claws and rise of a new super power in many literatures. Furthermore, the appearance of globalization contractions created by the mono-polarization led by USA after 1990?s, regional national nations and finally USA?s policy to seize the energy sources of other nations especially the middle-eastern nations; has orientated the economical, political, militaristic balance?s attention on People's Republic of China.There are some important suspicious about the possibility of China?s playing a global role, talking as a whole nation and the possibility of China becoming a global power using its available structure, instruments and abilities. This work will focus on the country of China?s past, present and its possibility situation in the future in light of its potential and limitations.
