This study aims to examine the relationship between children's awareness of their behaviors related to perpetrating and being subjected to peer bullying. In Sarıçam district of Adana province 423 students, 210 female and 213 male, who were studying in the 4th grade of primary school in the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year participated in this study. The study utilized a stratified sampling method, the data collection tools used were "the personal information form", "the peer bullying-child form", and "the child rights scale". Frequency analysis was conducted using the Mann-Whitney-U Test and the Kruskal Wallis-H test to analyze the data. The Spearman rank-difference correlation was calculated to examine the relationship between children's rights and peer bullying. A significance level of p<.05 was saught in all tests, only the relationship between children's rights and peer bullying showed a significance level of p<.01. According to the research findings, significant differences were found in students' behaviors related to being subjected to bullying based on gender. The results indicated a significant difference in children's awareness levels of their rights based on the educational status of their mothers and the employment status of their fathers. Research has shown a significant relationship between students' awareness of children's rights—along with its various sub-dimensions—and their experiences as both victims and perpetrators of bullying. Notably, there were no differences in the awareness levels of bullies and victims concerning children's rights.awareness levels of children's rights and their exposure to peer bullying and bullying.
