The concept of child labor and the rights of child workers

Despite the developments in the field of human rights today and all protective and preventive measures; Child labor is still used in many parts of the world. The aim of our thesis is to fill in the concept of child labor, which we believe should not be found in an ideal understanding of order, to distinguish it from similar concepts, to examine the working orders within the legal limits determined on a national and international scale, to examine the sanctions to be applied in case of crossing the borders, and most importantly to evaluate the studies made for its elimination and develop suggestions. Although it is expected that the use of child labor will decrease in the developing human rights level, migration, lack of education, poverty and population growth, which we will try to examine in the thesis, continue to feed child labor; continues to be a problem that requires definitive solutions.
