Abstract (EN)

In the fuel transport systems in passenger cars, the fuel is transmitted through fuel pipes. The material of these pipes, which can be used as single-layer or multi-layered, can be rubber or plastic. Within the scope of the study, three-dimensional modeling of a three-layer fuel pipe, each layer of which is made of PA12 material, and analysis of the created model using the finite element method under the effect of temperature. Solidworks program was preferred for modeling and finite element method. The model obtained after the analysis was compared with the model, which was physically produced and whose three-dimensional data were obtained by reverse engineering. The position differences between the two data were evaluated.
