Ranking companies in technology development zones using multi-criteria decision-making techniques

Technoparks; It is the research center where universities share information with industry collaborations and institutions and has a wide range of companies in its field. Developed technology and competition have been forced to innovate together, technopark companies have tried to prove themselves by proposing different projects to industrial organizations and innovating innovations and they are still working. For this reason, in this study which has not been done before, evaluation criteria were determined for ranking problems of companies operating in Technology Development Regions by interviewing experts and investigating performance evaluation forms of Technology Development Zones. The evaluation criteria were formed in a hierarchical structure consisting of main and sub criteria. Questionnaires were formed to determine the importance levels of the criteria and opinions of experts in this field were obtained. The survey form has been tried to be converted into proportional and numerical values in order to increase the accuracy of the questionnaire. According to the survey results, the weighting method of the evaluation criteria is obtained by the Analytic Hierarchy Method (AHP) which is a multi-criteria decision making method. The result of determining the criterial weights with the AHP method is also integrated with the TOPSIS method, which is one of the muti-criterial decision making methods, and a case study has been made for the ordering of the firms in Çukurova Technopark Zone.
