Evaluation of success factors in mobile applications with multi criteria decision making approach

In this study,the priorities of the factors affecting success and revenue in mobile applications were determined by considering the opinions of users and mobile software developers Following the literature review, interviews were conducted with a software developer specialized in mobile application development and the importance values of the criteria and sub-criteria were calculated by means of the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In order to understand the expectations and thoughts of the users using the applications, a questionnaire was applied and the data collected from the participants were analyzed. The results of the survey analysis, and the importance values of sub-criterias determined as a result of the Analytic Hierarchy Process were evaluated together and final sub-criterion ranking was performed. According to the final ranking, the most important sub-criterion was determined as the ease of use of the mobile application.
