Abstract (EN)

When the Ottoman State reached it's peak of power, socio-economic problems began to emerge. While Europe was increasing to strength by using technical weapons and geographical discoveries, the Ottoman State was lowered in a difficult situation. Meanwhile, corruption in the Ottoman military system, chaos in Anatolia arise from the unemployment of madrasa students, disruption of seigneurialism, leaving of villagers their territory, ırregularities of tax collection, the emergence of the bribery, levend and sekban groups led to crisis in political and social structure of Ottoman State. In that chaos, central goverment weakened and couldn't control their parts. Influential Jelali leaders and their followers who took the chance of Otoman's constantly war with Habsburgs in Europe, Safavids in the East, created a rebells and anarchy by affecting all Anatolia in the late of 16th century and the beginning of 17th century. Rebellions of important Jelali leaders Karayajici, Mad Hasan, Kalenderoğlu, Janbulad are the most important examples that reflect the economic and social structures of that era. The most important factor distunguishes Janbulad rebellion from the other rebellions is his attempt to establish an independent state and having multi-dimensional nature. Jelali rebellions arises as the most important problematic in terms of economic, political disruption in the Ottoman State and relations of Bandit-State.
