Özet (EN)

Seminal vesicles and auxiliary sex glands release fructose. More than half of the carbohydrate consumed by sperm in human seminal plasma is fructose. Fructose may affect sperm motility. Human seminal plasma fructose levels are 2-4 mg/mL. After ejaculation, sperm metabolize fructose (a process known as fructolysis). When sperm counts are high, fructose intake is high; otherwise, it's low. These specialized cells need sperm proteins. Proteins involved to energy production, metabolism, and sperm-oocyte binding. Sampling 80 male blood samples will be taken for diverse situations, including 55 from pregnant men with recurrent miscarriages (Fetal loss), 50 from men ready to marry, and 25 from normal men in the age range (20-50) with a questionnaire. It's informative (age, residence, type of sample, male who are about to marry, natural or aborted, number of projections). Previous research assumed GAPDHS would be in the sperm tail, therefore finding it in the sperm head was a surprise. This was known about boars. GAPDHS is in the sperm flagellum's main component and acrosomal region. GAPDHS, like its somatic sibling GAPDH, may have a specific role in sperm cells. Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase may help Neisseria meningitidis connect to human cells (GapA-1)
