Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to determine the yield and quality parameters of 20 bread wheat cultivars at Corum-Iskilip conditions during the 2019-2020 growing period. The experimental design was founded as three replications, according to Randomized Complete Block Design. All of the phosphorus was applied with sowing. In this study, heading period, maturity period, plant height, the number of spike per square meter, spike length, the number of kernels per spike, spike yield, 1000-kernel weight, test weight, grain yield, total yield, harvest index, protein rate and Zeleny sedimentation value were investigated. Significant differences were found between the cultivars in terms of grain yield according to one-year results, and the yield varied between 200.7- 288.4 kg/da. Bread wheat, quality, yield, adaptation Krasunia Odeska cultivar ranks first with a grain yield of 288.4 kg/da, the cultivar with low grain yield was Dağdaş-94 with 200.7 kg/da. Other features in terms of, the highest protein rate was obtained from Karahan-99 with 18.2% and Göksu-99 with 18.0% cultivars. With the highest Zeleny sedimentation value of 60.0 in cultivars while observed on Syrena Odeska cultivar, the cultivar with the lowest Zeleny sedimentation value with 32.0 was Dağdaş-94.
