Abstract (EN)

It has become an indispensable part of our internet and online shopping. During the pandemic period, the increase in shopping and experiences in the environments where online shopping is acquired with children has been the starting point. The usage areas of the persuasive elements exhibited by the consumers in these online shopping experiences. These variables, which were designed according to the descriptive research model, were interpreted by using the evaluation questionnaire method on IBM SPSS 25 and AMOS 21 computers. A research was carried out on the criteria of electronic experience, electronic word-of-mouth communication, electronic trust and electronic customer satisfaction, and all these components were found to be elements in electronic loyalty. A structure has been reached in which electronic trust has a module on electronic word of mouth communication and electronic loyalty variable. At the same time, the variable of electronic word of mouth is a guide on the variable of electronic satisfaction and electronic loyalty.
