With this general purpose, teachers' attitudes towards distance education, their professional motivations and perceptions of organizational communication climate were evaluated according to demographic variables. In addition, the relationships between the variables were examined. In this respect, single scanning and relational scanning models which are quantitative research designs, were used in the study. The study group of the research consists of 400 teachers working in the central district of Zonguldak province in the 2021-2022 academic year, working at pre-school, middle school and high school levels and continuing their education-teaching activities through distance education during the COVID-19 Pandemic. To collecting data in the research, "Personal Information Form", "Distance Education Attitude Scale", "Occupational Motivation Scale" and "Organizational Communication Climate Scale" were used. The score distributions were examined in order to determine which statistics would be used in the comparison of the means between the groups. According to the findings obtained from the research, teachers' attitudes towards distance education are low, their professional motivation and their organizational communication climate perceptions are high. Teachers' attitudes towards distance education are generally different in point of professional seniority; there is a difference in professional motivation in general according to professional seniority and distance education usage period; also, it has been determined that there is no difference in organizational communication climate perceptions in general according to demographic variables.
