In this study, it is aimed to explain the working life quality of nurses working in the COVID-19 unit. In the study, qualitative research method was used and a total of 20 nurses working in various provinces of Turkey were included in the study. The obtained data were first coded in the computer environment through the MAXQDA-2020 qualitative data analysis program, then the codes were categorized and analyzed. The main results obtained from the research are as follows; nurses have kept a distance from their families against the risk of contamination and at the same time isolated themselves from social environments. During the epidemic, nurses experienced deficiencies in materials (mask, overalls, etc.). In addition, during the epidemic process, there have been various changes in relations with the administration and some conflicts have occurred.
