Özet (EN)

Biosynthesized AuNPs are advanced and effective nanomaterials used in many areas, especially biomedical applications, thanks to their low toxic properties and biocompatibility. This is possible, for the first time AuNPs were synthesized by the green synthesis method using the waste peel extract of the Cucurbita moschata Duchesne Ex Poiret fruit. LC-MS/MS and FTIR recording to determine the structures and assembly responsible for reduction, coating and stability in the biological synthesis of AuNPs with C. moschata (CM). The XRD examination results showed that CM-AuNPs had a disease size of less than 100 nm and a face-centered cubic (fcc) crystal structure. Biosynthesized AuNPs had maximum absorbance at 555 nm wavelength. According to TEM data, a sizable percentage of gold illnesses had an average diameter of 18.10 nm and a mostly spherical form. Strong peaks were seen in the FTIR study, suggesting that it is functionally present and participates in reduction processes. Zeta potential measurements led to the determination that the surface charge of iosynthesized AuNPs was –19.7 mV. Using the minimum inhibition (MIC) approach, the antibacterial and antifungal activities of AuNPs against pathogenic strains were ascertained. Using the MTT method, the cytotoxic effects of CM-AuNPs were examined on cancer cell lines (Sk-Ov-3, CaCo-2, and A549) as well as healthy cell lines (HUVEC). The results shown that AuNPs made using the green synthesis method and the aqueous extract of C. moschata bark exhibit strong growth inhibition against pathogenic bacteria as well as potent cytotoxic activities against malignant cell lines at low dosages. Therefore, it can be said that the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic industries will find great success in using CM-AuNPs to produce antibacterial and/or anticancer growth.
