Abstract (EN)
Retailing sector is a great service platform where national and international producers have their products met with the consumers. The most important share in the retail sector are supermarkets and hypermarkets.Due to the intense competition features in the market of supermarkets, there is a need to make differences of their service and make their service better quality. Especially with the age of information and technology; social change and increasingly challenging economic conditions, forcing businesses to behave more rationally nowadays.The uncertainties and rapid change take the risk substitution of businesses and in these circumstances the task of find solution roles on managers and leaders. For this reason, the concept of the store management has become more important.This study focuses on the concept of leader and leadership, and for the analysis leadership styles in the Çukurova Region supermarket, an application has been done.
