In this study a method which can be used in showing the intensity of usage being high an social outer places?life of university at the important place example the determation visual impacts?value has been aimed at occypational places of Çukurova univrsity.Views, visual elements being brought designing principle together in the research of visual values of the places, evalutd being at the level landscape elements in place composition the visual anaysis, visual impact value and suggestions increasing impacts has been gained to form.By using the method formed, an increase by % 30-33 has been created between the present visual impact value and suggestion impact value. It has been approached by % 12-17 to the highest visual impact value aimed at the work, at the each level of the places.
