A sociological research on organised criminality in Turkey in the transformation process

This study, in general, investigates organized crime, the manifestation of the manner of leaving the extant definition efforts in Turkey change process linked to organized crime, the emergence of the roots, structure and activities of the sociologically. In other words, this study organized crime cases in recent times occurred in our country the economic, social, political, cultural and to explore due to cyclical dynamics. Thesis in this framework, offers a wide range of literature about Turkey crime of organizing, processing methods and activities of organized crime.In our country, many factors such as: organized crime in the emergence and spreading of economic structures in the instability, high inflation and currency markets artificially ups and downs, countries in the management of short-term political authority, blanks, issued laws enough not apply, bureaucratic and political area kohlrabi the presence of, the years of terror, the city structure to solve and urban overcrowding, healing, growing urban tensions, the values in the field of radical transformations, bullying culture, serious profits existence of kohlrabi paths for advancement and enrichment practices of the liberal tendency and false privatization policies play an important role.In this thesis, especially in the 1980s began, and 90 years in the faster the growing political and economic developments (economic crisis and free market economy development, etc.), organized crime groups promoting healing and the different dimensions are studied. After years of the 2000s, organized crime in our country has undergone a serious transformation. This organization recently, especially with the logic of modern business has become more a professional qualification. In other words, organized crime today as well as a simple family and relation of follow country man specialization and professionalism, is based on more sophisticated structured, the front finish work users who use and more rational choices in the try to move a feature had organized are noteworthy. In line with present-day conditions it is a fact that organized crime groups direct themselves to the more rational and conscious act new activity areas where profit is high and risk is low.Key Words: Organized Crime, Change, Turkey
