Iron city

The documentary is inspired by real life. By examining the past, it forms the basis of how the city owns its factory. In this documentary, it is explained that the workers' resistance, the people's stopping of life in the city and the Kardemir factory and the city should not be separated from each other. The documentary was shot in Turkey's first integrated industrial enterprise Kardemir factory and in the city of Karabük. Kardemir workers and the people of Karabük stopped life in the city and managed to prevent the factory from being shut down when the government of the time decided to close the factory. The union carries out its work to adopt the workers and regulate their working conditions. It is known that the labor force of the worker is used quite a lot in the Iron and Steel industry. In the documentary, these relations between Kardemir and the city of Karabük, the relations between Kardemir employees and the company, the historical course of the relations between the employees and the city of Karabük, from the past tothe present, are tried to be explained.
