Özet (EN)
Trauma is one of the most common causes of death of the young population in the world. The most common injuried organs in blunt abdominal trauma are spleen, liver and dyaphragma, respectively. Today, blunt hepatic injuries are mostly treated conservatively. We aimed to investigate the effects of Abound Nutrition Solution on the healing of liver tissue in blunt liver injuries with this study. 21 Wistar-Albino female rats weighing 200-250 grams were used. After general anesthesia, reduced to constant weight in the upper right abdominal wall of rats, liver injury was created. After trauma rats divided three groups. Each group follewed up for 7 days in their cage. Group I; trauma is not implemented. Was only a standard diet. Group II; no treatment was given in the liver after trauma. Group III; oral Abound Nutrition Solution was given in the liver after trauma. On 7th day of trauma laparotomy applied, blood samples had taken from Vena Cava İnferior than rats sacrified and liver had totaly exicised. İn blood samples with AST, ALT, ALP, Total protein, Albumin, Globulin, MDA, SOD, CAT, GSH and GST levels were studied. The liver inflamation degree with Ki-67, bcl-2 and bax dyeing percentages were evaluated histopathologically in the all totally resected livers. Post trauma period AST, ALT, ALP and MDA levels were higher in group II than other groups. There was significant decrease of liver enzymes level in group III in comparison group II (p<0,05). Total protein, albümin, globülin, GSH, GST and SOD levels after trauma were similar (p>0,05). The inflammation score of liver were the highest in Group II. Decreased in Group III but statistically similar (p>0, 05). Bcl-2, bax and Ki-67 viewed a statistically significant difference between the groups (p<0,05). In conclusion; After blunt liver trauma, abound nutrition solution causes positive changes on wound healing at liver. İf this positive result is supported by clinical studies, it will be more significant. Keywords: Trauma, abound, liver, healing
